Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for your convenience. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may initiate a return within this period.
- Prepaid Orders: Eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Eligible for store credit or gift card only. These credits can be used for future purchases within 1 year from the date of issuance.
Cancellation Policy
Pre-Dispatch:
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at
support@cutelooms.in within 6 hours of placing your order.
Post-Dispatch:
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. We request customers to review their orders carefully before dispatch.
Important Notes
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims to be considered valid. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at
support@cutelooms.in within 7 days of delivery along with clear images and videos.
- After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit).
- Products must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in original packaging.
